- Another cable/wire

-Try to make sure that the battery has enough power

- Please make sure your phone case is a 12/13/14 series compatible Magnetic phone case, or try it without a phone case to make sure

- Restart or Reboot your iPhone

- Try another iPhone (if possible)

 

For the issue related to wired charging:

-Try using another cable

-Try charging another device

 

Fot hot issue

- If the hot issue happens when recharging the power bank itself, please try a different cable

- If the hot issue happens when charging other devices, please try the battery with another devices/iPhones

- Make sure your iPhone is with a Magnetic phone case or without one while charging. (Also, try it without a phone case for better understanding)
