Follow the steps below to properly install and maintain your Anker Prime Wireless Car Charger for optimal performance and safety.

• Initial Installation Steps:

-Attach and Adjust the Tail Hook: Turn the knob clockwise to extend the tail hook. Hook it onto a secure ventilation blade—ideally the center blade, supported on both sides. Then turn the knob counterclockwise to tighten. Stop when you feel firm resistance. Gently wiggle the charger in all directions. If there's no noticeable movement, it's securely mounted. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the air vent blades.

-Connect the Adapter and Manage the Cable: Plug the included adapter into your car's power outlet (typically the cigarette lighter socket). Then, use the included charging cable to connect the adapter to the wireless charger. Peel off the adhesive sticker from the cable clip and stick it in a safe position inside the vehicle to help route the cable cleanly.

Note: If the cable is too long, you can bundle the excess with a cable tie to avoid tangling. Use the adhesive cable organizer (included) to secure any loose cable sections for a cleaner interior setup.

• Maintenance and Cleaning Tips: If used in environments with dust, smoke, or debris, periodically clean the vent area behind the charging pad using a dry cloth, soft brush, or air blower. This helps maintain airflow and stable charging performance.

Note: Do not use damp cloths, liquids, or submerge the charger in water. Doing so can cause electrical hazards or permanent damage to the device.
