This product is specifically designed for iPhones that support magnetic wireless charging.

If possible, test the charger with another compatible iPhone to confirm whether the issue lies with the charger or your device.

Incompatible phone cases can cause overheating and reduce wireless charging efficiency. We recommend using Apple's official magnetic case or an ultra-thin magnetic case no thicker than 2.5 mm. Avoid non-magnetic or metal cases.

Charging may stop or slow down if the power source is insufficient or incompatible. Use an adapter or USB-C port with a minimum output of 45W for stable and efficient charging.

Make sure the adapter is securely connected to a working power outlet. A loose or unstable connection can cause interruptions or slow charging.

In hot environments, heat dissipation may be slower, which can reduce charging speed. We recommend using the charger in a cool setting to maintain optimal performance.
