Not charging/intermittent charging/stop working:
- Wipe clean the tip/pins of the Anker cable with alcohol
- Try the Anker cable with another device and charger to see if the issue persists
- Try the original cable that came with your device to see if it has the same issue
Slowing charging issue:
- Wipe clean the tip/pins of the Anker cable with alcohol.
- Compare the time when you are using our cable and your original cable with the same wall chargers to charge your phone
- If the time difference is huge, please try the Anker cable with another device and charger to see if helpful.
Display-related issue:
- If the USB C port of your laptop cannot support DP Alt mode(video output), we are afraid that you are unable to get a display through our hub. To confirm this, you can also consult your laptop's user manual, contact the seller, or check the manufacturer's website
- If you confirm the USB C port of your laptop can support DP Alt mode, please try other HDMI cable works with your laptop and monitor or not
- Try the Anker cable with another laptop and monitor to see if helpful
Common data transferring issue:
Please know the data transfer speed of our cable. Here are the specifications: ThunderBolt 3.0: 40 Gbps(5GB/s) ;ThunderBolt 4.0: 40 Gbps(5GB/s)
