What should I do if the mouse receiver is missing when I first received my order? 

The USB receiver of our mouse is located next to the battery compartment as shown in the following image. Simply remove the receiver from the mouse and plug it into your computer.

 

What should I do if I lost the receiver?

 

If you are located in the US, please contact Anker customer support with your shipping address and model number of the mouse, our Anker customer support will check in our warehouse if we have replacement receivers for selling.
