Note: Renew the following firmware for this hub on a Windows laptop (Please understand that we can only renew this firmware on Windows computers. If you do not have a Windows laptop, please borrow a Windows computer to restore the firmware for this hub if possible)

Step 1. Confirm that you connect the dock to the laptop in the correct way:

1) Use the USB-C cable that came with our dock to connect the dock's USB-C upstream port (with a computer icon) and the USB-C port of your computer;

2) Plug one end of the included power adapter into the DC-IN port and the other into the power outlet;

3) Press the power button, and the LED will turn green;

Step 2. Extracting the .rar file; You can find this file from the URL below:

Step 3. Open VLIHubWinUSBTool.exe:

Step 4. Click the "FW Update" button;

Step 5. Start to upgrade;

Step 6. When it shows "Device Update Success", it means the upgrade is complete;

Step 7. After the upgrade is complete, please reconnect the dock to the power adapter and the computer, and then open "VLIHubWinUSBTool.exe", you can see that it has been upgraded to the "0A.ED.32.01" version.
