Troubleshooting for GanPrime Series Charger

Not charge at all/Intermittent charging/Certain ports not charging/Certain ports intermittent charging/ Indicator off and not charging/Indicator abnormal and not charging/product hot/ Stop working:

  •  Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
  • Try another cable and a different outlet.
  • Try charging a different device.
 

Slow charging/Noise when in use:

  • Try another cable and a different outlet.
  • Try charging a different device.
