What Should I Do If My Anker Prime 6-in-1 Charging Station Doesn’t Provide 60W or Higher Output?

😀The USB-C port of Anker Prime 6-in-1 Charging Station (A9128) is designed to charge devices with a maximum output of 140W. If you’re encountering issues where it’s not delivering 60W or higher output, here are some steps to troubleshoot the problem:

💡1. Ensure you are using an E-marker cable. For a 140W output, a PD 3.1 cable is required. Using a different type of cable may limit the charging output.

💡2. Confirm that your laptop, phone, or other device is capable of receiving 60W or higher input. Some devices have limitations on the input power they can handle.

💡3. Unplug the charging station from the outlet and remove all devices from it. Let it sit for 5 minutes. This process can reset the charger and potentially resolve the issue.

💡4. Sometimes, the issue could be with the power outlet or the cable itself. Try using a different outlet and cable to see if it resolves the issue.

💡5. Try charging a different device to determine if the issue is with the charging station or the initially intended device.
