What Should I Do if My Device Can't Connect to Wi-Fi for Anker Prime Charger (250W, 6 Ports, GaNPrime)?

Please try the troubleshooting by following the below steps one by one:

a. Verify whether the Wi-Fi name and password configured in the app are correct. The name and password are case-sensitive and space-sensitive.

b. Check if the network is 2.4GHz. The charger supports only 2.4GHz networks, not 5GHz.

c. Check if the network signal is normal. Abnormal signals may cause connection failures.

d. Confirm whether Bluetooth is enabled on the phone. To configure the network, connect to Bluetooth first.

e. After connecting to Wi-Fi, do not select ""Wi-Fi"" in the ""Settings"" menu again. The Wi-Fi signal will be transmitted again, causing the Wi-Fi to be disconnected.

f. Enter the Wi-Fi name and password directly to see if you can connect. Also, test if this charger can connect to your phone hotspot. For iPhone hotspots, turn on ""Maximize Compatibility.""

Note: If you experience issues connecting to a Wi-Fi 7 router, try turning off the Wi-Fi 7 mode on the router before attempting to connect again.
