What Should I Do if the Device's Single-Port Output Does Not Reach 140W?

Please try the troubleshooting by following the below steps one by one:

1. Using the Wrong Port:

1.1 Only the USB-C1 port supports 140W output.

1.2 Connect your device to the USB-C1 port.

1.3 Use cables rated for 140W or higher to connect to the USB-C1 port.

2. Incompatible Charging Cable for 16"" MacBook Pro:

2.1 For M1 and M2 chip models, use a USB-C to MagSafe cable to achieve 140W charging.

2.2 For M3 chip models, use either USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to MagSafe cables for 140W charging.

2.3 Using the wrong cable may limit the charging power.

3. Device Battery Level Affecting Charging Power:

3.1 As the battery approaches full charge, the device reduces charging power to protect the battery.

3.2 You may not reach 140W output when the battery level is high.
