What display resolution and refresh rate can Anker 577 Thunderbolt Docking Station support?

The display resolution and refresh rate that the 577 Thunderbolt Docking Station can support varies depending on the operating system of the host device, the number of connected monitors, and the types of ports connecting the monitors to the dock.

When connected to Thunderbolt 4 Windows systems and Thunderbolt 3 non-M1 Mac systems:

Single monitor: 5K@60Hz (7680x4320) via the Thunderbolt 3 downstream port or 4K@60Hz (3840x2160) via the HDMI port.

Dual monitor: 4K@60Hz (3840x2160) via the Thunderbolt 3 downstream port and the HDMI port.

When connected to Thunderbolt 3 2020 M1 Mac systems:

Single monitor: 5K@60Hz (5120 × 2880) via the Thunderbolt 3 downstream port or 4K@60Hz (3840x2160) via the HDMI port.

Note: For MacBooks with a 2020 M1 chip, Anker 577 Thunderbolt Docking Station (13-in-1, Thunderbolt 3) can not connect to two monitors at the same time.
