If your PowerCore Magnetic 5K is unable to charge, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 

If it does not take a charge:

  • Use another wall charger/plug.
  • Use another cable.
  • Try another wall outlet.
 

If it does not charge the connected devices:

  • Use another cable.
  • Try another phone.
 

If it does not wireless charge the devices:

  • Charge the phone with its case removed, please note thick cases or cases with metal components may interfere with charging.
  • Restart or reboot your phone.
  • Press the button and then try another phone, if possible.
  • Verify your phone’s make and model. Please note it is recommended to wirelessly charge an iPhone 12/13 series phone with this PowerCore model.
  • Verify the indicator light status on the PowerCore.
