What should I do if my devices do not charge when connected to Anker 325 Power Bank?

For Anker 325 Power Bank, only the USB-A ports can be used to charge devices. The other two ports (Micro USB and USB-C) only support input and are used to recharge the power bank itself.

If you’re using the USB-A ports but still having problems charging your device, try connecting to another device or using another cable to see if the problem persists.

For low-powered devices and accessories such as Bluetooth earbuds, speakers, and smartwatches, you need to activate trickle-charging mode by pressing the power button twice until the first LED light turns green.

If you’ve tried the above tips and the problem still persists, please contact us for further assistance. Make sure to briefly mention the tips you’ve already tried so that a solution can be provided faster.
