Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

If the display fails to wake up, check whether the monitor's EDID is recognized. Open Settings > Display and verify that the monitor is detected by your computer.

Test the device using another laptop with a USB-C port that supports DP Alt Mode.

Try replacing the display cable or monitor. You can also test the hub's DP port to troubleshoot the problem.

Make sure your operating system, graphics driver, and BIOS are up to date. Download the latest versions from your computer manufacturer's website.

Disconnect the docking station and all connected devices from your laptop for at least 5 minutes. Restart your laptop, reconnect the hub, and check whether the issue is resolved.
