What should I do if my wireless charger charges slowly?

Wireless charging is generally slower than traditional wired charging.

Let's take the iPhone 11 Pro as an example. A Power Delivery wall charger can provide up to 18W, while the wireless charger can only provide a maximum of 7.5W.

Our wireless charger (313 Wireless Pad) takes around 3.5 hours to fully charge an iPhone 11 Pro. If your device is charging much slower than this, then please check out the following troubleshooting tips:

Make sure your wireless charger supports fast mode for your device.

Some old wireless chargers don't support fast mode, and 10W wireless chargers won’t support the 15W fast mode for Pixel phones and can only charge them at 5W. For example, the first iteration of 313 Wireless Pad/Stand doesn’t support 7.5W fast mode for iPhone and doesn’t support 15W mode for Pixel phones. Before purchasing, make sure the wireless charger supports the fast mode for your phone.

Use a powerful wall charger with your wireless charger.

The wireless stand/pad requires an input of at least 5V/2A, and a Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 wall adapter is required for fast mode. The iPhone 5V/1A stock charger, computer USB ports, and other basic wall chargers do not have sufficient output to power the wireless charger. Try a Qualcomm Quick Charge charger or a Power Delivery charger to see if it improves your wireless charging speed.
