What should I do if the dock isn’t charging my headset?

If your headset cannot be charged by the charging dock, it could be because of an issue with the magnetic USB-C connector.

 

Please make sure the magnetic USB-C connector is inserted into the Oculus headset completely and also check to see if the magnetic USB-C connector is damaged or broken.
