What should I do if the rechargeable batteries for the controllers cannot charge to 100%?

Please verify the following details:

  • Check if the LED indicator light on the Dock for the controllers turns green.
  • Verify the usage time of the controllers even when they do not charge to 100%.
 

Please note the Oculus Quest 2 is designed based on using AA batteries, while the Anker supplied batteries are NiMH batteries and their voltages are different. Therefore, the controllers may sometimes not show 100% charged even when the battery is fully charged. 

 

Please rest assured this does not affect the performance of the controllers or the Dock.
