Please check the following conditions:

Make sure your charging case supports wireless charging.

Ensure the earbuds are properly aligned within the charging area.

If using a protective case, try charging the earbuds with the case removed.

Use the included USB-C adapter and cable, or try a USB-C PD wall charger and cable rated at 45W or higher.

If possible, test your charger with another pair of wireless earbuds to see if it works.
