Since the product itself is not particularly heavy, and to ensure the magnetic attachment remains secure, you may inadvertently lift the entire device when picking up your phone. We recommend lifting from the bottom when removing your phone. This allows you to remove the phone with one hand without lifting the entire product. Please refer to the illustration below.
