Why Can't My Power Bank's Built-In Cable Charge Devices?

If the built-in cable fails to charge other devices:

• Try using the cable with different phones or devices.

• Plug both ends of the cable into the input and output ports of the power bank simultaneously for 3 - 5 seconds.

• Recharge and discharge the power bank to check functionality.

 

If the built-in cable fails to recharge the power bank:

• Try using a different wall charger or plug.

• Try using a different wall outlet.

• Plug both ends of the cable into the input and output ports of the power bank simultaneously for 3 - 5 seconds.

• Recharge and discharge the battery to test if the issue is resolved.
