If the E-Marker cable is used but 60W output is still not achieved:
• Verify that all devices involved support 60W output. Try charging a different device.
• Let the power strip sit for 5 minutes without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into it.
• Try another cable and a different outlet.
