Why is there a "0.1W" output shown for the Anker 737 PowerBank's USB A port when nothing is connected?
Usually, there are two reasons for this phenomenon:
When the trickle charging mode is opened, there will be a 0.1W output for the USB A port. If you press the power button twice, the trickle-charging mode will be activated, so there will be a small green light shown upper left on the power remain and a 0.1W output shown for the USB-A port. This is meant to remind the customers that this trickle charging mode is turned on, in this situation, if you do not connect a USB A device, the "0.1W" output will last for around 2 hours. Therefore, if you do not need to use this mode, you can press the button twice again and wait two minutes for it to exit. You can also refer to our Quick Start Guide for more uses of the device.
When a device is unplugged from the USB A port, the 0.1W will still last for about 2 minutes just in case the device is not fully charged.
If the problem belongs to neither of the above, please contact us for further assistance.
