For safety, the hub's USB-A and USB-C ports have built-in current limits. If a connected device is not working properly, check the following:
-
If connecting multiple USB-A devices triggers an overcurrent warning, disconnect one device and try again.
-
If a USB-A device triggers an overcurrent warning, it requires more current than the hub can provide.
-
If a USB-C device triggers an overcurrent warning, it requires more power than the hub's USB-C port can supply.
-
If a port is not working and no overcurrent warning appears, connect a PD wall charger rated 65W or higher to the hub. This increases the current available to the USB-A and USB-C ports.
