Anker 313 Power Bank FAQ

Q1: Does Anker 313 Power Bank support pass-through charging?

A1: No. Our power banks no longer support this function because when pass-through charging, if there is a difference between the output of the wall charger and the input of the device being recharged, it can cause the power bank to rapidly power on and off. This increases charging times for both the power bank and your device, and risks significantly shortening the power bank’s lifespan.

Q2: Can it be recharged with a USB-C wall charger?

A2: Yes, it can be charged with a USB-C wall charger with a USB C-C cable(not included)

Q3: Will 313 Power Bank get through TSA on international flights?

A3: Yes. Generally, all external batteries with a capacity lower than 27,027mAh (100 Watt Hours) can legally and safely be taken on board planes according to federal transportation security rules.

Q4: Can I charge my phone or other devices via the USB-C port?

A4: No, the USB-C port is input only and is used to recharge the power bank itself.

Q5: How many charges can Anker 313 Power Bank provide to an iPhone 11?

A5: It can offer between 1.9 to 2.2 charges to your iPhone 11 (3110 mAh).
