Anker 737 Powerbank Common Problem & Troubleshooting

If the power bank is having abnormal behavior, screen issues or turned off at any certain remaining power, dead when unplugged, etc., please try the following:

- Reset it by plugging both ends of the cable into the input and output port of the battery at the same time for 3-5 seconds (keep connecting the cable until it starts showing you the remaining percentage of the battery)

- Recharge and discharge the battery again to see if everything works properly.

If the above troubleshooting does not fix the issue, it means it is defective. Please contact us for the solution.

if Anker 737 is slow charging or the screen wattage is not correct:

Please note that the power bank input/output depends on the intelligent algorithm that, at a specific time, the power bank provides a certain amount of power to keep itself and another device safe from overheating or other issues. Please do not worry about the output/ input wattage on the screen.

To test this, please check the total recharging time of your device instead of worrying about the screen wattage. If it's working and provides enough power to recharge your laptop in normal time, then it is not defective. If it does not even provide enough power to increase the device’s laptop's battery, then it is defective. Recently, according to our testing, we found that the screen shows less wattage, but the powerbank, in reality, provides enough wattage to charge the device as fast as it should.

Please try another cable and try charging another device.
