Why don’t the previous/next page buttons work?

Please note that the previous/next page thumb buttons are not recognized on macOS, because the system is not open to the public.

 

Where is the USB receiver/dongle located for the mouse?

The USB receiver/dongle of our mouse is located next to the battery compartment as shown in the following image. Simply remove the receiver from the mouse and plug it into your computer.

 

Can I use another mouse’s receiver/dongle with this mouse (A7852)?

No.

 

What should I do if I lost the receiver/dongle?

If you are located in the US, please contact us with your shipping address and the model number of the mouse, our Anker customer support will check if we have replacement receivers/dongles for sale. 

 

What size battery do you need for this wireless mouse?

This mouse takes 2 AAA batteries.
