Warmth during charging is expected:

When the product delivers high power, the energy conversion process generates heat, which is released through the casing. This can cause the surface temperature to rise and is normal for a high-power charging station.

Under applicable certification standards, the maximum permitted temperature rise for the charger casing is 170.6°F (77°C). Even if the charger feels hot, it should not be damaged or pose a safety risk as long as it meets these certification requirements. These standards are based on brief contact of up to 10 seconds rather than prolonged contact. Therefore, we do not recommend touching the charger while it is operating at full power.

The charger features ActiveShield™ 4.0 intelligent temperature control, which keeps its temperature well below the maximum limit specified by industry certification standards. If the internal temperature exceeds the safety threshold, the product automatically reduces its power output to help ensure safe charging.
If the charger feels unusually hot:

Stop charging and let the product cool down for 1 - 2 hours until it reaches room temperature. Do not connect it to a wall outlet or plug any devices into it.

Check the ports for debris or dirt that may interfere with the connection. Gently clean them with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Charge your device using only one port, ensuring the other parts are not in use. Test each port individually.

Try charging different devices with different charging cables.

Try another wall outlet.
