Anker Nano Charging Station (6-in-1, 150W, Compact) Slow Charging / Low Power Output

Why charging power may be lower than expected

  • When your device's battery is nearly full, charging power decreases because its battery management system automatically adjusts the current to prevent overcharging and help preserve battery life.

  • Charging power may gradually decrease after the device has been charging for some time to prevent overheating and protect the battery.

  • When multiple ports are used at the same time, the power available to each port is limited. For details, please refer to the charger's multi-port output power distribution rules.

  • Some original device chargers can deliver higher power because they support brand-specific proprietary charging protocols. This charger does not support every brand's proprietary protocol, so it may not reach the maximum charging power advertised by the device manufacturer.

How to confirm whether the charger is working normally

  • Discharge your device to below 20%, let it sit for 1 - 2 hours, and then charge it again.

  • Charge your device using only one port, with no other ports in use. Try both the USB-C1 and USB-C2 100W ports.

  • Try another properly functioning 3A or 5A charging cable.
