Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet and remove all connected devices. Leave it unplugged for 5 minutes. This may reset the product and resolve the issue.

• Charge a device using only one port, with no other ports in use. Check whether the indicator light flashes when charging different devices.

• Try another properly functioning charging cable.
