Indicator Light Is Dim or Hard to See

The LED indicator on the charger only shows whether the product is powered on. It does not indicate the charging status of individual ports. The soft white light is intentional and designed to avoid disturbing your sleep when the product is used at night.

Indicator Light Does Not Turn On

• Make sure the AC power cord is properly connected. The plug should be fully inserted into the wall outlet, and the other end should be fully inserted into the product.

• Try another wall outlet.

• If the indicator light still does not turn on, record a video showing the indicator light when the charger is connected to different wall outlets, as well as the charger charging your device. This will help us identify the cause more quickly.
