Common cable issues include not charging/intermittent charging/slow charging/not working. If you’re experiencing common charging issues with Anker cable, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Note: If you want to use a 3-in-1 cable to charge your devices that are using the lightning port/Typer-C port, please know that you have to put the lightning plug/Typer-C plug on the micro plug.
Not charging/intermittent charging/stop working/not working:
- Wipe clean the tip/pins of the Anker cable with alcohol
- Try the Anker cable with another device and charger to see if the issue persists
- Try the original cable that came with your device to see if it has the same issue
Slowing charging issue:
- Wipe clean the tip/pins of the Anker cable with alcohol.
- Compare the time when you are using our cable and your original cable with the same wall chargers to charge your phone
- If the time difference is huge, please try the Anker cable with another device and charger to see if helpful.
