How do I resolve common cable issues?

Common cable issues include abnormal charging (unable to charge, slow charging, etc), slow data transferring speed, and structural fitting. If you have encountered these common issues when using your Anker cable, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

 
  • Try wiping the cable tip’s contact pins clean.
  • Try using the Anker cable with another phone to confirm if the issue persists.
  • Try using the Anker cable and also the stock cable included with your phone to compare the results.
