Anker Power Bank (25K, 165W, Built-In and Retractable Cables) has two built-in cables, one retractable cable at a length of 27.6 in (70 cm) and one fixed cable at a length of 11.8 in (30 cm).
Retractable Built-In USB-C Cable (USB-C1)
To extend: Pull the cable to your desired length.
To adjust: Pull the cable slightly again, adjust to the desired length, then pull about 0.39 in (1 cm) and release to lock it in place.
To retract: Pull slightly (about 0.39 in / 1 cm) to retract the cable.
Non-Retractable Built-In USB-C Cable (USB-C2)
To extend: Push upward to extend the cable.
To secure: Pull downward to secure the cable in place.
