What Should I Do If My Anker Power Bank (25K, 165W, Built-In and Retractable Cables) Shows Temperature Protection?

Low Temperature Protection Mode:

Reason: The power bank’s temperature is too low.

Solution: Increase the power bank’s temperature to above 32°F (0°C)  to ensure normal operation.

High Temperature Protection Mode:

Reason: The power bank switches to self-charging immediately after a high-power discharge, or the external temperature exceeds 95°F (35°C).

Solution: Allow the product to cool by letting it stand idle. Once the battery core temperature decreases, recharging can be resumed.
