Anker Power Bank (25K, 165W, Built-In and Retractable Cables) can only enable pass-through charging when the input power is 20W or greater.

When the input power falls below 20W, pass-through charging will not be activated. In this case, the power bank will only be in a self recharging state.

If the output power exceeds the input power, the power bank will automatically limit the output power to be less than the input power.
