Ensure your phone features wireless charging
Restart your phone and charge the phone without the phone case, as thick cases than 5mm or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
Use a more powerful wall charger and another cable to power your wireless charger. Please note an input of 9V/2A or higher are required for a wireless station.
Try the charger with another Qi-compatible phone.
Slow charging
Restart your phone and try to charge the phone without the phone case.
Use a more powerful wall charger and another cable to power your wireless charger.
Ensure the Phone is aligned with the center of the wireless charger.
Noise when in use
Try a different wall adapter to pair with your wireless charger if there is no DC adapter that came with your charger.
Try the included cable with another device to see if it has the same issue
