Non-magnetic wireless charger’s charging issues troubleshooting

Indicator abnormal and not charging/Intermittent charging with multiple devices connected/Not charge at all/Intermittent charging/Product hot/ Indicator off and not charging/indicator abnormal and charging intermittently/Not charge with case on/Indicator wrong/Indicator on and not charging

 
  • Ensure your phone features wireless charging
  • Restart your phone and charge the phone without the phone case, as thick cases than 5mm or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
  • Use a more powerful wall charger and another cable to power your wireless charger. Please note an input of 9V/2A or higher are required for a wireless station.
  • Try the charger with another Qi-compatible phone.
 

Slow charging

  • Restart your phone and try to charge the phone without the phone case.
  • Use a more powerful wall charger and another cable to power your wireless charger.
  • Ensure the Phone is aligned with the center of the wireless charger.
 

Noise when in use

  • Try a different wall adapter to pair with your wireless charger if there is no DC adapter that came with your charger.
  • Try the included cable with another device to see if it has the same issue
