Please try the following steps:
-
Verify that your phone is compatible with this wireless charger It supports:
-iPhone 8, iPhone X, and later models, with up to 7.5W wireless charging
-Samsung Galaxy S6 and later models, with up to 10W wireless charging
-Google Pixel 6 series and later models, with up to 5W wireless charging.
-
Try a different power adapter and charging cable. For best performance, use a 9V⎓2A (18W) or higher power adapter. A flashing indicator light usually indicates unstable or insufficient power input.
-
If possible, test the charger with another wireless charging-compatible phone.
-
Place your phone in the center of the charging pad. Improper alignment may cause slow charging, intermittent charging, or charging failure.
-
Avoid using low-power sources such as 5V⎓1A chargers or computer USB ports.
-
Use a phone case that is less than 2.5 mm thick. Remove any metal accessories, magnetic attachments, cards, grips, or bulky cases that may interfere with wireless charging, then test again.
