What should I do if PowerWave 2-in-1 Magnetic Stand cannot charge the phone and earbuds simultaneously?
- Make sure the device being charger is the iPhone 12 and 13 series phones and Qi-compatible earbuds, such as Airpods 2 with a wireless charging case
- Make sure a Power Delivery(PD) USB-C wall charger is using to power the 2-in-1 stand and try a different PD wall charger and USB-C cable
- Remove any protective case off as it is incompatible with non-MagSafe phone case and thick earbuds cases
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Ensure the earbuds case is centered on the bottom charging pad
