Please try a different 5V/2A wall adapter to charge the wireless stand and check if the wireless stand still emits a high-pitched noise.
Please use the Anker PowerPort+1 wall adapter to charge your phone directly without using the wireless stand and verify if you are still able to hear a high-pitched noise.
If the wireless stand is no longer emitting a high-pitched noise when you are not using the PowerPort+1 wall adapter, please contactuswith the following information to process a warranty claim:

Your current valid shipping address.
The wall charger's serial number located on the bottom of the charger. For example, it will show SN: AFYQ3G0A19342528.
