The wireless charging coil is located in the center of the charging pad. Position your phone in the center of the charging area whenever possible.
If your phone only charges when positioned in a certain way, the charging coils may be misaligned. Reposition the phone and remove any cases or accessories that could interfere with alignment, then test again.
