Some of our non-magnetic wireless stands, such as the 313 Wireless Charger (Stand) and the PowerWave 7.5 Wireless Charger (Stand), do not support vertical charging for iPhone 13 mini and 12 mini.

This is because the iPhone mini is too small and its wireless coil cannot reach the top coil of the wireless stand when it is placed vertically. Therefore, the wireless stand can charge it only when the iPhone mini is placed at a horizontal position. 

Please place your iPhone mini horizontally to confirm if it is able to charge. If it still fails to charge, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

• Reboot your phone and try again.
• Charge the phone without its case if there is one. This is due to thick cases or cases with metals may interfere with charging.
• Use a powerful wall charger (9V/2A) and cable.
