What should I do if the battery of the 633 MagGo Charger does not charge my phone?

When the battery is on the charging stand but does not charge your phone, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

 
  • Please note it is suggested to charge iPhone 12 series phones using this battery.
  • Charge the phone with its case removed since it is incompatible with non-MagSafe phone cases.
  • Restart or reboot your phone.
  • Try using a different cable and another wall charger to power the charging stand.
 

When the battery is removed from the charging stand and it does not charge your phone, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

 
  • Press the button.
  • Please ensure the USB-C port on the battery is not connected to a USB-C cable. This is due to the fact the wireless charging function will be disabled when the device is being charged through the USB-C port.
  • Please fully charge the battery via the USB-C port and then try again.
