If this occurs, adjust the phone's position on the charger. You may also try placing the phone horizontally to improve charging alignment.

Additionally, thick phone cases or cases with metal components, magnetic accessories, cards, grips, or stands may interfere with wireless charging.

Remove the phone case and any accessories, then test again to confirm whether charging performance improves.
