Check the following requirements:

• The web version of Anker Dock Manager supports Chrome and Edge only. Safari is not supported.

• On macOS, Chrome or Edge must continue running in the background. Due to system limitations, pop-up windows may be blocked in full-screen mode. If the pop-up does not appear, exit full-screen mode and try again.
