Why does the hub feel warm? 

When charging or transferring data at high speed, the hub's temperature may increase. Don't worry, this is within the normal limits of the hub's operation. To avoid excessive heat, make sure not to place any objects on top of the hub or to cover the hub with anything. 

Is the USB-C PD port support display or phone charging?

No. It only supports laptop charging only when connecting an extra charger via this PD port. And the maximum input watts 100W. Even though you connect a 140W charger, the hub only supports 100W input. Due to the hub will consume 15W, the real charging watts for the laptop is 85W.

Do I need to install any drivers to use this hub?

No, this hub is plug and play. No software/driver is required.

Does the dock compatible with MacBook computers?

A: Yes, it is compatible. However, Mac OS computers can not support dual extended displays through this hub. The two monitors will show the same screen when connected to dual monitors.
