Anker MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro Screen Shows "Circuit Protection"

It is normal for this message to appear in the following situation:

When the USB-C port and wireless charging are both providing output at the same time, the maximum USB-C output voltage is 9V. If a high-power device such as a laptop is connected to the USB-C port, the available output may not meet the device's minimum power requirement, triggering the "Circuit Protection" message.

What you can try

  1. Remove all connections. Disconnect all cables and devices from the power bank, let it sit for 30 minutes, then check whether it returns to normal.

  2. Inspect the ports. Check all ports for debris, dirt, or signs of liquid exposure that could interfere with the connection, and gently clean them with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

  3. Use one output at a time. Use only the USB-C port or only wireless charging — do not use both at the same time. Test charging and discharging through each output separately.

  4. Try a different cable. Use a different charging cable to rule out cable issues.
