Why wireless charging may be slower than expected
The following are normal parts of magnetic wireless charging:

Wireless charging is inherently less efficient. It uses inductive power transfer, with typical efficiency of around 70–80%, so it will naturally charge slower than wired charging.

Heat and alignment affect speed. Charging generates heat, and during magnetic wireless charging heat dissipation can be more limited. If your phone case is too thick, or the phone and power bank are not perfectly aligned, charging power may automatically decrease to protect the battery.

High battery level slows charging. When your phone's battery is high (typically 80% or above), the system automatically reduces charging power or may even pause charging — this is a standard battery protection feature.
What you can try

Check compatibility. Confirm that your phone model and current software version support up to 25W wireless charging. If necessary, update your phone to the latest system version.

Switch to Cool Mode. Cool Mode helps manage temperature and allows higher sustained wireless charging speed.

Test under standard conditions. Charge the power bank to above 80%, discharge your phone to below 20%, then let both devices rest for 1–2 hours. After that, use the power bank to charge your phone again and check whether the charging speed returns to normal.
