Why recharging may take longer

If you are charging the power bank while it is also charging another device, the incoming power is prioritized for the connected device. Only the remaining power is used to recharge the power bank itself, so a longer recharge time is normal in this situation.

How to confirm normal recharge time

1. Use a known-working PD charger rated at 45W or higher, and set the power bank to Cool Mode.

2. If you are using a multi-port charger, use only one port.

3. Try a known-working 3A or 5A charging cable.

4. Check how long it takes to fully recharge the power bank from 0% to 100%.

Note: When using a PD charger rated at 45W or higher in Cool Mode, a full recharge takes approximately 75 minutes.
