What should I do if the 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo with Popsockets Grip) does not charge at all?

For the issue of not recharging itself, please try another wall charger, wall outlet, and cable to see if it helps. 

 

If it fails to wired charge other devices, please try another cable and another device to see if it helps.

 

If it fails to wirelessly charge other devices, please try the following troubleshooting to see if it helps:

 
  • Please make sure your phone case is a Magnetic phone case or without a phone case.
  • Restart or Reboot your phone.
  • Try another phone (if possible). Please note that it is suggested to charge iPhone 14/13/12 series phone via this PowerCore.
  • Try to fully charge the battery again and then see how it works.
