When you find the 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo with Popsockets Grip) gets really hot during the charging process, you can try the following troubleshooting.

If the problem happens when the battery is recharging itself, please try using a different cable and another wall charger. 

If the problem happens when charging other devices with a wire, please try another cable and another device. Sometimes doing that helps.

If the problem happens when charging other devices wirelessly, please try the following tips:

• Remove the case from the phone
• Try a different phone. Please know that it is compatible with iPhone 14/13/12 series phones.
